been to AIT today and i REALLY felt awkward.
maybe because i'm not affiliated with them anymore.
maybe because when asked who are tourism students, i hesitated to stand up.
or let's just plainly say, TINATAMAD LANG AKONG PUMUNTA.
so there, i've decided to take my CWTS program at the AIT at this summer in time, when i am completely aware that i should take up subjects to keep up with the psych curriculum. DON'T BLAME ME! it's my choice if i want to graduate late or to consume my maximum residency in the university. besides, i like what i'm going to do at the marikina city hall. i will spend two short weeks that would complete my 6-unit requirement for the NSTP. sounds very good to me.

first choices were discarded since i am late and assignment choices were on a first come, first served basis. dapat kasi, AIT students muna bago iba. (eh AIT pa ba ko? :P)
DSWD office: my last resort. will make profile of kids in marikina that have pending cases, interview them, and make proposals on how to make marikina-city a kid-friendly city. also, what kind of projects and activities we could possibly provide to the underprivileged ones.
dapat marikina na lang ang capital ng pilipinas. just a thought.
according to the marikina city representatives sent to the AIT, people in slippers are not allowed to enter in the city hall. that means, we are not allowed to go there in slippers. they also emphasized that wearing shorts are not allowed (how about dresses?) :P they are very strict with dress codes. all of their officials in the city hall have uniforms that made them looked like pilots (or on the downside, security guards). i don't know with manila, but disciplinary action in marikina is very remarkabale.
did you know that it is against the law in marikina to spit just anywhere? or to remove tops (for males)? yes, and i knew that just this afternoon. as quoted by mam lea (their representative), "we are targeting to be the little singapore in SE asia."
hindi po ba pwedeng model city of the philippines?
bakit kailangang singapore pa?
