did you miss me?

heck of events. i don't know where to begin. it's as if i have to start this blog thing all over again.

and still, i haven't devoted much time to fix this good-for-nothing skin (sorry Photokicho).

anyway, let's dig my memory bank.

***
i got to experience public humiliation yesterday during our panpil17 class. maybe it would not be humiliation for somebody but it was for me.

penguin (her pseudonym0 just read every sentence i wrote in that piece of junk. it was a homework on our perception about the Filipino mass. she gave it an UNO, which is probably a big mistake. yes, i did put some effort on it but it was rush work.

or here, i'd be true to myself. i was happy (way happy) to attain that grade but SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO FLAUNT IT TOO MUCH!!

so there, my classmates have to revise their works.
sorry peeps.

bonus points: our cutie classmate (right bea?) patted me for a well done job.
(sheesh. =o)

***
i'm a UP Repertory Company official applicant.

and i don't know if i made the right choice.

i admit it, i wanted to be part of it when i saw them perform during the Freshman Assembly. they're great. no dead air. they're funny. very entertaining.

i just don't want the hassles of the application process. i mean, i don't want extra workloads. i'm a bum at school works, so how about applicantion works [workshops, org works, challenge week, tambay hours]? man, that will surely drive me crazy!!

plus, some of my friends don't have a good background of the group. "walang kwenta yun" one even commented. it hurts. though i'm not yet a part of the group, it stung me. you don't have the right to say that. UP Rep is a University Performing Group. they're the official UP performing group, not only for Diliman but for all units as well.

***
we're not going anywhere for our world tourism class. it's just impossible, my professor said.

sigh. so much for our dream trip abroad.

***
it was my first time last dec02 to go to the araneta coliseum. i was with my brother and we watched the annual skechers streetdance competition. we were late ticket buyers so we stayed at the upper box b.

the coliseum was not that big, compared when viewed through a television. it was very noisy outside, probably due to the excitement everyone feels. i just hoped then that i was at the upperbox a because almost all UP students were there and were cheering their lungs out.

and so we had barbie almalbis entertaning us before the show starts. dj mo twister, another dj and nancy castiliogne were the show hosts that night.

it was very thrilling. you could easily distinguish from the crowd who were college students and who were not. high school kids are too noisy. yea. they are not well behaved. high school streetdancers are good too, making me regret that if i really wanted to be a streetdancer, i should have started earlier.

more so, the college dancers were superb performers. they were all sleek and flexible like a rubber band. how i envy them! they got the looks, style, attitude and of course the moves!

so about the UP streetdancers? they were way cool! if you were there, you would hail them for their creativity and choreography. i just love them!

congrats too to UP Manila and better luck next time UPLB.

hail to xavier boys of the high school category. they're so cute!

[watch the replay on dec22, 9pm at the etc channel.]

i want to be a streetdancer too.
get me a cutie tutor!
harhar. :P

i didn't get the chance to see shuperb the whole two weeks. sigh.

and the Christmas vacation is fast approaching and i haven't seen a glimpse of him. double sigh.

***
watch Borat. though he's a sexist, the movie is nice.

we went to Galleria last week to see Borat. for some reason, our prof in tour113 required us to see the film since our course was about culture.

off we went and as usual, it was R18. and as usual, we were not admitted. we were asked of our IDs but then we cleared out that it doesn't have our birth dates in it. the guard said we should've have brought our birth certificates. come on! birth certificates to be brought in a movie house?!

and so we talked to the manager to get things cleared. we told him it was a requirement for our course. we even explained the whole of our course syllabus just to make him understand. access denied.

we went back to the guard to pursue if he had a soft heart behind that stiff uniform. he was right to protect his job because according to him, he might get fired if he let us in. he also said that the movie house has strict rules on admitting minors into R18 movies.

all right, so we didn't get to see it in the big screen because partly, it was my fault.
he said I looked like a kid.
to think that soon, i'll be damn 18 (and when i'm already 18, i think i have to bring my birth certificate to prove my age).

we settled for a pirated DVD copy anyway. strengthening our support for the industry. haha. :D

***
i also watched Happy Feet with deah and rej because it was a requirement for our environmental science class.

the movie was cute. but unlike those other animated movies, it gives a tangible learning. we should respect other species living in our planet. the idea that they included actual human beings in the film was very refreshing.

it was very cold inside the The Block cinema. brr. we're so stupid not to bring jackets.

hei, we saw kenny from the close up to fame competition and he was so gorgeous. he was with a girl but they don't look so good together. talk about physical appearance discrimination. i was so noisy and all excited that i think he overheard me because he looked at our way.

we got to see a baywalk bodies member too.
no comment.

i want a baby mumble stuff toy for Christmas!

give me one! give me one!

wala lang. i just like the mushiness of these:

one day he'll care for me like i care for him.
one day he'll miss me like i miss him.
one day he'll want me but i?
i won't.
-ate joanne espejo

cries of a silenced heart.
"im fine... really."
-kristin joyce barrameda

love is when you walk all the way to the other side of the classroom to sharpen your pencil in order to walk by him then you realize your pencil is a mechanical one.
-angeline santos

as a little girl, i believed in wands and fairy tales then he came and i believed in prince charming too! but he made it hard for me to believe in happily ever afters so i decided to give up: not because i don't love him anymore but because little girls grow up too.

my current lss:
it's cute. i can somehow relate. ugh.

things i'll never say
avril lavigne

i'm tugging at my hair
i'm pulling at my clothes
i'm trying to keep my cool
i know it shows

i'm staring at my feet
my cheeks are turning red
i'm searching for the words
inside my head

bridge
('coz) i'm feeling nervous
trying to be so perfect
'coz i know you're worth it
you're worth it yeah

chorus
if i could say what i want to say
i say i want to blow you away
be with you every night
and i squeezing you too tight
if i could see what i want to see
i want to see you go down on one knee
marry me today
yes i'm wishing my life away
with these things i'll never say

it won't do me any good
it's just a waste of time
what use is it to you
what's on my mind

it didn't coming out (?)
we're not going anywhere
so why can't i just tell you
that i care

(bridge, chorus)

what's wrong with my song?
these words keep slipping away
i stutter, i stumble
like i've got nothing to say

[pardon for the errors]
:D

***
got nothing to do?
put some punctuation marks to make this sentence sensible.

that that is is that that is not is not is that it that is it

***
nothing so much to share about but the reason behind this non-updating disability of mine is because of a family problem that almost ripped us all apart.

for two days, i was not in our house. we sort of ran away. i can't tell the whole story because it's quite painful. i just wanted you to know why i was out for quite sometime now.

i'm just happy we're ok now.

whew.
nothing too dramatic or too exciting.

haha.

God bless everyone.
world peace.

:P
